Leadership Buffalo Employer Commitmment

This must be completed for your employee's application to be considered for the 2025 programs.
ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION:
- Full attendance at all-day sessions (8:00 am - 5:00 pm), Leadership Development dates, and the opening & closing retreats (Each retreat includes two full days plus one overnight) is required.
- Only two absences will be allowed for personal/work situations.
- Please note day sessions will be on Wednesdays in 2025.

TUITION:
- Tuition for the Class Experience and Rising Leaders is $5,600. Tuition is non-refundable.
- Upon acceptance, a $1,000 non-refundable payment toward tuition is required no later than December 8, 2024.
- Full tuition payment is expected by January 10, 2025.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
- A limited number of partial tuition scholarships are available and are determined by need.
- Candidates wishing to apply for tuition assistance must complete the Application for Financial Assistance form by November 1, 2024, to be considered.

EMPLOYER:
If selected, I agree to allow my employee to devote the time necessary to be an active, contributing member of the Leadership Buffalo Class. (Candidates who are self-employed should sign at the employer’s name /initial).
By signing/initialing below, I attest that:
- I am willing to permit this person to take the time needed for the retreats, leadership development dates and day sessions.
- I will create a communication cadence with this person for the day sessions that allows them to engage completely.
