Join us for The State of LB, where we reflect on 2024 and set the stage for what's to come at Leadership Buffalo!

This annual gathering is an opportunity for our community, alumni, and stakeholders to come together, celebrate our achievements, and discuss our vision for the future.

  • Annual Report Presentation: Gain insights into our progress over the past year as we share key metrics, successes, and the impact of our programs. We will explore how our initiatives have contributed to developing inclusive leaders and driving civic transformation in our community.

  • Future Initiatives: Be the first to hear about exciting new programs and initiatives launching in the coming year. Our leadership team will discuss strategic goals, upcoming events, and opportunities for involvement.
