LBU: A Response to Your Feedback
Leadership Buffalo University (LBU) was born out of direct feedback from our focus groups, where participants overwhelmingly expressed a desire for more professional development incorporated into our programs. In response, we are proud to introduce LBU as a dynamic and comprehensive leadership development experience designed to meet these needs.
In 2025, LBU will consist of five days of specialized leadership programming that will be fully integrated into the Class Experience and Rising Leaders program schedules. This enhanced curriculum is exclusively available to participants in these two programs, providing them with focused, hands-on leadership training aimed at unlocking their potential and preparing them to lead with confidence and purpose.
