Leadership Buffalo Essentials
Through the Leadership Buffalo Essentials program, Leadership Buffalo creates a space for rising and established leaders throughout the greater Buffalo area to join in strengthening their leadership skills, understanding diversity in their very own communities and experiencing Buffalo from all perspectives.
The program encourages relationship building through networking as well as offers new perspectives through discovering the deep understanding of what it means to be a servant leader. These six half-day afternoon sessions consist of collaborating, engaging, exploring and evolving to reach one common goal: making Buffalo a better community for all.

Who is the Program For?
The Leadership Buffalo Essentials (LBE) program is designed for both emerging and established leaders in the Greater Buffalo area who are eager to enhance their leadership skills and broaden their perspectives. It is an excellent option for individuals who may not be able to commit to the full-year Class Experience or Rising Leaders programs but still want to grow as servant leaders and make a meaningful impact. Ideal for professionals who want to deepen their understanding of leadership, foster connections, and contribute to a stronger Buffalo, LBE is perfect for those ready to collaborate, engage, and inspire positive change.
What Participants Can Expect
LBE participants will engage in six half-day afternoon sessions that offer a dynamic blend of interactive activities, thought-provoking discussions, and community exploration. These sessions are designed to encourage collaboration, build connections, and inspire leadership growth. Through networking opportunities and engaging experiences, participants will gain new insights, strengthen relationships, and develop actionable strategies to lead with purpose and impact in Buffalo.

Tuition for the LBE class is $950 and is non-refundable. Full payment must be received before the program begins, unless special arrangements have been made with the CEO.
