Youth Leadership is a dynamic enrichment program tailored for high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors from schools across the Greater Buffalo region.
This program is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders by providing a comprehensive curriculum focused on developing personal and community leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and hands-on experiences, participants will gain valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their leadership potential.

Who is the Program For?
The Youth Leadership program is designed for motivated high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors across the Greater Buffalo region who are eager to develop their leadership skills and make a difference in their communities. This program is perfect for students who are passionate about personal growth, collaboration, and exploring ways to become active, impactful leaders both now and in the future.
What Participants Can Expect
Youth Leadership participants will take part in an enriching program that includes interactive workshops, team-building activities, and hands-on learning experiences. The program features half-day sessions held during the school day, allowing students to step outside the classroom and develop their leadership abilities. These sessions are designed to be engaging and practical, providing students with the essential tools to lead effectively, collaborate with peers, and tackle real-world challenges. Participants will also have the chance to network with fellow students and community leaders, fostering relationships that will support and inspire them throughout their leadership journey.

Tuition for Youth Leadership is $750 and is non-refundable. Full payment must be received before the program begins, unless special arrangements have been made with the CEO.
