As part of Impact Week, we invite you to participate in a Global Communications Training in partnership with the International Institute of Buffalo.
What You’ll Learn:
This session will cover key aspects of cultural competency, including:
- Understanding culture and its impact on perceptions
- Steps to communicate effectively among different cultures
- Refugee and immigrant experiences in the U.S.
